How it works

Three steps. No stress.

01
Tell us about your finance
Your lender, roughly when you got the car, and how to reach you. 90 seconds.
02
We investigate
We request your agreement from the lender, check for hidden commission, and build your case.
03
You get paid
If the lender accepts or the Ombudsman agrees, your payout lands in your bank. We take our fee from that.

What clients say.

Thought it was too good to be true. £6,140 back nine months later. Agent Sam walked me through every step.
Rachel M.Ford Kuga, 2018
Honestly easier than applying for the car in the first place. No paperwork faff on my end.
Daniel O.Audi A3, 2019
Clear updates the whole way through. Paid out within 7 months — genuinely didn't expect it to be this painless.

Questions

Before you start.

Does it cost me anything?
Nothing upfront. We take 30% + VAT of whatever the lender pays you. If you get nothing, we get nothing.
How long does it take?
Usually 4–8 months. Faster if the lender settles early, longer if it goes to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
What do I need to give you?
Your name, number, and roughly when you took out the finance. We do the rest — including requesting the agreement from the lender.
Can I do this myself for free?
Yes — you can complain directly to your lender and then to the Ombudsman at no cost. We're here if you'd rather not.
Will this affect my credit score?
No. Checking eligibility doesn't touch your credit file.
What counts as mis-selling?
Most commonly, a "discretionary commission arrangement" — where the dealer quietly earned more by giving you a higher interest rate.
